Vertical Co-Extruders
Available in sizes 3/4″ – 2-1/2″ diameter, L/D’s of 10:1 to 36:1. Standard and custom, single and dual post-configured models available to suit customer space requirements. All units have a double reduction helical gear reducer with heavy-duty thrust bearing, cast iron feed throat with integral water cooling jacket and bimetallic barrel liners. Per application: Bolt on or C-Clamp front flanges, variety of barrel heaters, air or water cooling of the barrel, AC or DC drives per customer request. Stainless steel hoppers standard.
Horizontal Extruders
Available in sizes 3/4″ – 6″ diameter, L/D’s of 10:1 to 36:1 standard. All units have a double reduction helical gear reducer with heavy-duty thrust bearing, cast iron feed throat with integral water cooling jacket and bimetallic barrel liners. Per application: Bolt on or C-Clamp front flanges, variety of barrel heaters, air or water cooling of the barrel, AC or DC drives per customer request. Stainless steel hoppers standard.
Water Recirculating & Cooling
Available with 20, 30, 75, or 150-gallon reservoirs. All stainless steel construction including water pump. Reservoirs are fully insulated to prevent sweating and include heater(s), cooling coil, float level switches, thermocouple and cover. Custom-designed water troughs and air wipes.
